Public authorities are required to produce a report on what they have done to comply with the section 6 duty. This report is due at the end of 2019 and then at the end of every third year after 2019.
Every public authority is free to choose their own way of reporting. You can incorporate your report as part of your ordinary reporting systems such as an annual report, or as a specific, standalone document. Welsh Government has produced reporting Guidance which includes a suggested format, content and a template, for recording the actions taken, together with listing possible ways of monitoring and measuring the indicators that might be used.
The guidance also includes information to assist in reviewing your s6 plan following reporting.
A list of s6 Reports will be added to the page when these are published by the relevant public authority.
